A little getaway

Last week, Adam and I were able to go to Atlanta for a couple of days. We got there Monday evening and had dinner with Adam's Uncle Mike and Aunt Kathy. We've never had a dinner with just them, so it was very nice to just sit there and talk. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the family dinners with everyone there, too, but we'd never had time with them alone before. Adam had a conference to attend on Tuesday, so I got to sleep in (much needed!) and then we went to the mall and dinner later that day. On Wednesday, we headed home to get the boys. It was a short trip, but it was a very nice getaway and nice to have a little down time.
